Le Café V and Sugalabo V will be housed on the branch’s top floor, with the former serving a combination of Japanese and French fine cuisine curated by chef Yosuke Suga, once the protégé of legendary 32-Michelin star chef Joël Robuchon. Le Café V also features a cocktail bar and outdoor terrace, seamlessly blending perusing and dining. Come nightfall Sugalabo V – an extension of the Suga-helmed Tokyo restaurant – will be serving up fine dining in an open-kitchen format.

Each space takes on its own personality, with the bright, vivid aesthetic of Le Café V providing a respite from shopping during the day and the warm, sensual interiors of Sugalabo V making from the ideal dose of evening escapism. Both offerings are brought to life with furniture designed by Louis Vuitton accessories and furniture designer Tokujin Yoshioka. Architect Jun Aoki is responsible for the interiors, designing them to resemble a ship floating on water, tying into the building’s facade which evokes imagery of billowing sails on a mast.
