Located on the top two floors of Residences Two and spanning an entire floor each, each Skyhome is accessed via a private lift lobby and will feature a rooftop terrace with an entertaining space and swimming pool. Boasting panoramic views of Sydney, from the harbour to the Blue Mountains, the Skyhomes aim to “capture the essence of living high above Sydney Harbour,” according to founder and creative director of State of Craft, Daniel Goldberg.

“The experience of being in the Skyhomes was inspired by life onboard private yachts with their seamless transition from inside to outside spaces, and the feeling of freedom and elegant comfort,” said Goldberg of the impetus behind the design.

Working to embrace the tone set by architect Renzo Piano, each Skyhome will be personally curated under State of Craft’s guidance to meet the vision of its owners while creating a conversation with Sydney’s natural surrounds.

“Luxury is often confused with opulence, our approach to luxury is very much about craftsmanship, telling the story of curation, a sense of authenticity,” explained Goldberg. “We wanted the interiors to be timeless, sophisticated, and smart. Craftsmanship and attention to detail are really what sets these apartments apart.”

The Residental towers reflect and refract Sydney’s continually changing light, lending them an ethereal quality that is only added to by the meticulously curated selection of finishings featured in each apartment. By applying a restrained and refined approach to design, Renzo Piano and State of Craft have set a new tone for luxury living in Australia and contributed a new landmark to the Sydney skyline.
