Bombay Bramble Is Set To Be Your Summer Drink Of Choice

After the rise of millennial pink gin, it was only natural that flavoured gins continued their reign. Coming to claim the aforementioned pink gin’s throne is Bombay Bramble, created by leading gin company Bombay Sapphire. Flavoured with blackberries and raspberries, Bombay Bramble boats a rich, deep red hue, making for a saporous drinking experience that looks as good as it tastes.

Unlike other flavoured gins, Bombay Sapphire’s iteration features a 100% natural fruit infusion, with the blueberries and blackberries lending their distinct sweetness to Bombay Bramble, which in turn brings out the botanical and juniper notes in the spirit.

“The craftsmanship required to create the new gin took time and consideration,” Ivano Tonutti, Bombay Sapphire Master of Botanicals said of the process behind creating Bombay Bramble. “Master Distiller Dr. Anne Brock and I worked together to blend our gin with an alcoholic infusion of berries that have been harvested at their ripest moment, resulting in a unique, bold flavour profile.”

Bombay Bramble is best enjoyed with tonic and a squeeze of lemon juice, or in a twist on the classic bramble cocktail. Due to the spirit’s natural berry content, this version doesn’t require blackberry syrup, making it a lower sugar option.
