Moschino Is Slinging Baguette Bread Bags For $1000+

Let’s get this bread.

Jeremy Scott seems to have taken the baguette bag trend a little too literally, with Italian luxury fashion house Moschino releasing a series of bakery-inspired handbags, including cakes, croissants and baguettes. Known for their quirky, tongue-in-cheek designs, the Moschino Baguette Bag should come as no surprise.

Composed of faux leather and plastic, the carb-laden bag features a gold-plated Moschino ‘Made In Heaven’ label, brown lined interior, and magnetic closure, making for a positively edible look.

Initially debuted at Moschino’s Marie Antoinette-esque FW20 show in February, the bags cost some serious dough; priced at $1170. If the price tag seems a tad high, you can always attain the same look from a bakery for less than $2. Plus, you can eat it at the end of the day.

The baguette handbag is available on the Moschino webstore.
