Zara Launches Lace And Satin Laden Lingerie Collection

For obvious reasons, lingerie and loungewear has reigned supreme in the sartorial stakes this year. Spanish retailer Zara has jumped into the fold for the first time, debuting a 158-piece lingerie collection. Named ‘The Female Gaze’ the Zara lingerie collection consists of 158 pieces, featuring lingerie classics like bras, underwear, silk sets, and camisoles, as well as loungewear comprising pyjamas, bodysuits, henley tops, and cardigans.

Merging comfort with minimalist style, the lingerie collection is designed in a neutral palette of blush, silver, cream, and black. The bras do away with underwire (as most women have done in 2020) and come in lush ruched satin and silk, while knitted cardigan and shorts sets offer pared back luxe style for the home. Silk camisoles and dresses cater to the 90s slip dress trend that reemerged in 2015, and black high-waisted mesh sets with matching elbow-length gloves offer something for the more daring among us.

The Zara lingerie collection is available on the Zara webstore for US and Europe, however we’ll have to stay tuned to find out when it hit Australian shores.
