The all-American collaboration combines Coach’s unique style and attention to craftsmanship with Champion’s athleticwear touch, resulting in a collection featuring leather bags, leather jogging pants, sweaters, and shearling jackets. The pieces are adorned with new branding that offers a fresh take on the shared heritage of both brands; Coach’s storypatch gets the Champion treatment, with the latter’s iconic C-logo emblazoned across it.
To celebrate the Coach x Champion collection, Coach launched a series of TikTok challenges titled ‘How to Coach a Champion’ alongside the campaign imagery. The challenges star stylist Maha Gondal who specialises in modest wear, fashion TikToker Wisdom Kaye, and singer and actor Jeffrey Tung, who participate in fun challenges inspired by both American brands’ heritage and authority in their respective departments; luxury dressing and sportswear.
“I’m excited to introduce Coach x Champion, a collection grounded in the authentic American heritage we share,” said Stuart Vevers, creative director at Coach. “I was inspired by the idea of elevating sportswear silhouettes in an unmistakably Coach way using leather, shearling and by combining our iconic symbols in a way that feels fresh, youthful and immediate.”
