Ingredients
30ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
30ml Gentian liqueur
1 dash orange bitters
Orange twist
Directions
In a rocks glass, build over cubed ice and stir down. Garnish and serve.
Winter Bombay Fizz
Ingredients
45ml Bombay Sapphire
20ml Martini Rosso
10ml Lemon Juice
100ml Tonic Water
Orange twist
Star anise
Directions
In a collins glass, build over cubed ice and stir. Garnish and serve.
Bombay Sapphire Rose Spritz
Ingredients
30ml Bombay Sapphire
20ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15ml bitter aperitif
10ml lemon juice
100ml tonic water or soda water
Orange wheel

30ml Bombay Sapphire
30ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
