Partnering with Scapegrace Black Gin to create Scapegrace Black Box, a custom cocktail kit complete with everything you need – black gin, mixers, and garnishes – to craft three signature beverages, the duo are hosting a virtual cocktail masterclass that includes insight into the art of cocktail creation from in-house mixologists and distillers themselves.
The world’s first natural black gin, Scapegrace Black utilises organic botanicals like aronia berry, saffron, pineapple, butterfly pea, and sweet potato to create a distinct midnight black hue, which changes colour when mixed.
“Scapegrace Black is such a unique product which has taken the world by storm with its naturally black hue, distinct taste, and colour changing properties,” said marketing director at Scapegrace, Mark Neal. “When the opportunity came about to partner with the legends from Box Bar, we couldn’t think of a better opportunity to bring the party to your house.”

50ml Scapegrace Black Gin
150mL Fever-Tree Indian Tonic
2 slices of dried green apple

In a glass over ice, add the Scapegrace Black Gin and Fever-Tree Indian Tonic. Garnish with dried green apple and serve.
The Ebony Collins
Ingredients
50ml Scapegrace Black Gin
15ml Limoncello Gin
100ml Cascade Soda Water
1 slice of dehydrated grapefruit to garnish
Directions
In a glass over ice, add the Scapegrace Black Gin, limoncello gin, and Cascade Soda Water. Garnish with dried grapefruit and serve.
Wellington Mule
Ingredients
50ml Scapegrace Black Gin
150ml Capi Spiced Ginger Beer
2 slices of dehydrated lime to garnish
Directions
