The Diamond-Encrusted Jacob & Co. Billionaire Card Is The Ultimate Loud Luxury Flex

Money may talk and wealth may whisper, but sometimes billionaires just want to shout. Solving the oh-so-tragic conundrum of having too much money and nowhere to spend it, watchmaker and jeweller Jacob & Co. has joined forces with luxury consultancy service Insignia to develop the Billionaire Card, a hyper-luxurious Visa card.

Limited to 150 cardholders worldwide, the invite-only members club grants clients access to covetable money-can’t-buy experiences — think privileged entry to international sporting events such as the Super Bowl and F1 Paddock Club Privé; Oscar night; Coachella in California and Burning Man in Nevada; as well as events like New York Fashion Week, Vogue’s Fashion Forces, and Highsnobiety’s private gatherings.

Strategic partnerships with the likes of Aston Martin, Ginori 1735, and of course, Jacob & Co. allow for further exclusive branded experiences (and some waitlist queue jumping, we’d imagine) while standard benefits—courtesy of Insignia—include a dedicated 24/7 personal assistant, Insignia Jets’ instant booking app, and preferential rates through the Luxury Hotel Collection.

Members will also be granted direct and privileged access to all Majestas exclusive events and venues such as Billionaire (Dubai, Monte-Carlo, Porto Cervo, Doha, and Riyadh), Twiga (Monte-Carlo, London, Doha and Forte Dei Marmi). There’ll also be an annual invitation to a holiday at the Billionaire Resort & Retreat in Malindi.

Naturally, a hyper-luxurious offering needs an aesthetic to match. Designed by Jacob & Co., the physical card takes on an open-worked aesthetic, with the Jacob & Co. logo sitting amongst a mother of pearl decal and a star motif. Crafted from metal and plated in white or rose gold, it’s adorned with a constellation of pavé diamonds. For those who prefer a slightly more subtle flex, there’s also a black metal variant with lashes of yellow gold.

The Billionaire Card will be launched with an opulent event at the Billionaire venue in Dubai in November 2023, coinciding with the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix.
