These Clarks x Supreme Wallabees Belong To The Streets

Clarks and Supreme have joined forces to create a trio of streetwear style Wallabees that fuse the distinct heritage of the seemingly disparate brands. Marking the third time the British footwear brand and the American skateboarding and lifestyle brands have teamed up, the latest Clarks x Supreme collaboration sees the duo turn their eye to one of the former’s most recognisable styles.

Introduced in 1967, the original Wallabee design was inspired by German moccasins. However, the distinctive suede-clad silhouette has long transcended its origins, becoming the favoured footwear of dancehall and hip-hop artists alike.

The Clarks X Supreme collaboration takes the silhouette back to the streets, with a trio of colourways that see a custom pattern cover the entirety of the suede upper. Each pair of Wallabees is fitted with leather lining, with the style’s signature natural crepe material appearing on the outsole.

Available in black, beige, and red/yellow, the Clarks X Supreme Wallabees feature star-shaped appliques that extend from the upper sole through to the lateral part of the silhouette as well as the heels.

The Clarks x Supreme collaboration will be available via the streetwear label’s webstore from the 11th of May onwards.
