Everything’s Coming Up Roses With The New Rimowa Quartz Collection

With travel back on the cards, our longing for far-off lands is stronger than ever. To ensure our luggage is aesthetically on par with the garments it holds, Rimowa has released a new capsule collection. The German luggage label has reimagined both its Original suitcase and the personal Cross-Body bag in a new rose quartz pink hue.

The Original suitcase has long been an icon, with its sleek aluminium shell appealing to worldly citizens since its debut in 1950. Now, the latest Rimowa collection sees its metallic shell clad in an alluring shade of pink, inspired by rose quartz which boasts powerful healing properties. Taking on a jewellery-like tone, the pink metallic suitcase is complemented by Rimowa’s signature grooves which further enhance the sheen of the luggage.

Simultaneously lightweight and durable, the Original suitcase was conceptualised and engineered in Germany. Surface treatments work to lock the pigment into the metal alloy, ensuring a lasting finish. Fitted with the signature Multiwheel System and equipped with a colour-matched telescopic handle, the new case highlights the German maison’s savoir faire.

A coordinated getup can be achieved with the Personal Cross-Body Bag, also available in the pink quartz hue. The grooved aluminium shell opens to reveal two compartments, a zipped pocket, and three card slots. A detachable leather strap is decked in a slightly darker shade of pink.

The new Rimowa Quartz range is now available via the Rimowa webstore and in physical stores.
