Timeless yet relevant, the Bally FW21 Ready To Wear collection reinterprets signature house icons; the Bally Stripe gets a streamlined makeover on leather crossbody bags while Bally 1851 hardware makes its way onto footwear and accessories. An all-over monogram featuring the signature B-chain was created specially by Swiss graphic design studio Offshore to celebrate Bally’s 170th anniversary is a nod to Bally’s origins as a shoemaker and appears on robe coats.
Touching upon the Swiss luxury fashion house’s mountain heritage, the Bally FW21 Ready To Wear collection incorporates elements of the natural world. Inspired by the landscapes of former climbing expeditions in Peru and Bolivia, heritage hiking boots produced by Bally since the 1940s get a contemporary spin, produced in Bally nouveau red. Meanwhile, native forget-me-nots from the Swiss Alps are interpreted into graphic cellular prints in a warm, earthy colour palette of bone, deep moss, and ebony.
Blending the city with the outdoors, raw forms are shaped to resemble contemporary tailoring, while a nature-inspired colour palette of moss, rich red, stone, clay, and ebony runs across the entire collection.
