Frankies Bikinis and actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld have teamed up to design a new swimwear and apparel collection. Drawing inspiration from ‘70s style, the Frankies Bikinis x Hailee Steinfeld pieces feature vibrant colours, bold patterns, and nostalgia-inducing floral prints in contemporary takes on retro silhouettes.

The Frankies Bikinis x Hailee Steinfeld collection is reflective of Steinfeld’s own unique style and was “inspired by ’70s vintage fashion and my California roots, the collection we created not only feels authentic to my own personal style, but offers a little bit of something for everyone,” according to Steinfeld in a press release.
The range includes full coverage, cheeky-cut, and barely-there string bikini bottoms, designed to be mixed and matched with the range of predominantly halter style tops. The ‘70s vibe carries on throughout the collection, seen in the use of funky materials like faux mohair on RTW pieces and sparkly striped lurex bikini sets. RTW includes garments like a matching short and shirt set, miniskirt coverups, and a halter dress.
The collection will launch on the Frankies Bikinis webstore on the 9th March.
