Treat Your Latte Right With The $3000 Louis Vuitton Coffee Cup Holder

If you don’t bat an eye at paying the extra $1 for almond milk, perhaps you won’t be deterred by the $3000 price tag on the new Louis Vuitton Coffee Cup. Initially unveiled during the Louis Vuitton FW21 show by creative director Virgil Abloh, the coffee cup is one of two everyday accessories.

Crafted from the signature Louis Vuitton monogram canvas, the coffee cup features a leather trim, brown matte hardware, and chunky zipper closure. “Playing with the elements of everyday morning routines, Virgil Abloh designs a trompe l’oeil pouch that looks like an oversized coffee cup,” reads the product listing on the Louis Vuitton webstore. “It can be carried by hand or worn crossbody thanks to its strap.”

Part of the Everyday LV capsule, the Louis Vuitton Coffee Cup is joined by a similarly impractical Carrot Pouch. True to its name, the pouch takes the form of the root vegetable, with the body utilising bright orange canvas with the all-over LV monogram and topped with green leather leaves. We’re sure Bugs Bunny would approve.

The Coffee Cup and Carrot Pouch retail for $2920AUD and $1940AUD respectively.
