Bulgari has long been a pioneer in ultra-thin watchmaking, typically using Watches & Wonders to flex the latest of its skinny legends. This time, the Roman jewellery and Swiss watchmaker has not simply focused on thinness, but overall proportion, releasing an Octo Finissimo with a sized down case which opens it up to new sartorial possibilities while preserving its distinct character. Elsewhere, jewellery and horology codes meet in the Serpenti Tubogas and Serpenti Aeterna lines.
Here, every new Bulgari release from Watches & Wonders 2026.
Octo Finissimo 37

Introduced in 2014, the Octo Finissimo has not only served as a paragon of ultra-thin watchmaking, but made an impression for its geometric case that draws from ancient Roman architecture, evoking the columns and domes that make up the city through its combination of curvilinear and rectilinear lines. The Octo Finissimo 37 distils this essence into a reduced case diameter, with the new release clocking in at 37mm, down from 40mm. The move required the development of an entirely new movement, the BVF 100, an automatic calibre with a micro-rotor that measures 2.35 mm thick and 31mm in height, with a power reserve of 72 hours. For comparison, that’s just 0.12 mm thicker than the one in the 40 mm Octo Finissimo.
Designed to cater to a more diverse crop of wrists, Bulgari identifies the Octo Finissimo 37 as aligning with the Italian concept of sprezzatura, or, effortless elegance. The refined proportions of the Octo Finissimo 37 are evident in the innovative bracelet design, which features a push button clasp for improved ergonomics and connects to the bracelet using a screw-fastening system.
The Octo Finissimo 37 makes its debut with a quartet of variations. There are two time-only titanium models, one with a sandblasted finish and the other satin-polished; an 18ct yellow gold version; and the Octo Finissimo Minute Repeater, which is executed in sandblasted titanium and features a minute repeater complication, enabled by the calibre BVL 362.

Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon

This year, the maison chooses not to focus on going thinner, but on dressing the timepiece in noble metal. Namely, platinum. The 41mm platinum case features satin-polished finishes and houses a skeletonised dial that puts the manually wound calibre BVF 900 on display, with the movement accented by blue PVD coating.
