  • One of our favourite stainless steel sports watches, the high-frequency Zenith Chronomaster Sport has received a cosmic makeover in the form of a meteorite dial
  • The grey meteorite features the naturally occurring Widmanstätten pattern and provides the canvas for Zenith’s tri-colour subdials in silver, light grey, and anthracite
  • The specs remain the same as other Chronomaster Sport models, with the dial arriving in a 41mm stainless steel case and the timepiece powered by the high-frequency El Primero 3600 which has a power reserve of 60 hours

Dennison and Time + Tide release the marquetry inspired DateNight

  • Indie watch brand Dennison and Australian watch publication Time + Tide have teamed up to create the DateNight
  • The collaborative release is a cocktail watch that sees Dennison’s slimline Emmanual Gueit-designed ALD case fitted with an Australian mother-of-pearl dial that uses an intricate marquetry technique wherein rectangular filaments are hand-inlaid into the dial in a herringbone pattern
  • The timepiece is powered by the Swiss Ronda Quartz 1062, with the quartz movement allowing it to maintain its slim proportions

  • Apparently tired of being on the waitlist for a Rolex GMT-Master II Pepsi, Japanese watch brand Seiko has taken things into its own hands, teaming up with the soda company to release a duo of 5 Sports Watches
  • The Seiko x Pepsi collaborations comprises two limited-edition timepieces, the SRPL99 and SSK047
  • The SRPL99 is housed within the brand’s smaller SKX case, measuring 38mm in diameter. It has a silver dial topped with a hardlex crystal, surrounded by a unidirectional 24-hour rotating bezel with blue metallic insert with a red section on one third, matching the Pepsi colours
  • The SSK047 is a GMT version of the Seiko 5 Sports and is presented within a 42.5mm black-coated stainless steel case with a 24-hour unidirectional bezel equally split into blue and red

  • Farer has released a new collection, Integra, which is the British watch brand‘s take on an integrated bracelet watch
  • The 38mm timepiece features a barrel case shape with an integrated stainless steel bracelet
  • The Integra collection comprises four variants, each with a different coloured dial; the Tenebris (dark blue) and Cuprum (salmon) see a sunray centre surrounded by a grained outer section, while Virdis (green malachite) and Perlarum (white mother-of-pearl) see their respective stone dials left untouched
  • It’s fitted to an elegant tapered stainless steel bracelet with polished central links and a concealed butterfly clasp with a micro-adjustment system

Anoma releases the disorienting new A1 Optical

  • In just over a year, Anoma has cemented itself as a microbrand to watch with its debut A1 timepiece a favourite among appreciators of asymmetrical watches
  • Now, the London-based microbrand has released the A1 Optical which retains the smooth, triangular pebble-shaped case inspired by a 1950s Charlotte Perriand table and pairs it with a new dial made in collaboration with optical artist Adam Fuhrer
  • The dial pares things back, eschewing the sector layout and stick hour markers in favour of a wavy concentric pattern of rectilinear triangles engraved into a sandblasted and hand-polished dial
  • The timepiece is available in stainless steel, with either a silver or copper dial
  • Both releases are powered by the Sellita SW100, an automatic movement with a 38-hour power reserve

The Louis Erard Gravée Main makes a case for putting métiers d’art front and centre

  • Independent Swiss watch brand Louis Erard has added to its Métiers d’Art series with the new Gravée Main
  • Limited to 99 examples, each timepiece sees the 42mm stainless steel case of the manufacture’s classic Noirmont style adorned with hand-engraving, with over 50 hours of work going into each piece
  • Executed by Ukrainian watchmaker and artist Maksym Shavlak, the engraved design is inspired by 18th-century baroque floral motifs and is complemented by a glossy polished black lacquer dial with antracite and black transfer printed Roman numeral hour markers and rhodium pear-shaped hands

  • Panerai continues to flex its ties with the Italian navy, with the new Submersible Marina Militare PAM01697 and Submersible Marina Militare Carbotech PAM01698, which draw inspiration from the Aviazione Navale, the navy’s aviation division

  • A couple of months ago, Bremont updated its Supermarine 500M by adding a stainless steel case into the mix. At the time it was paired with a black dial, now Bremont has followed that up with a polar white dial variant
  • The stainless steel case clocks in at 43mm and surrounds a white dial with a 3D wave pattern, topped with a domed sapphire crystal and surrounded by a unidirectional bezel with a matte black ceramic insert
  • The tool watch is equipped with a chunky crown guard and helium escape valve and boasts a rather capable water resistance of—you guessed it—500 metres
  • It’s powered by the calibre BB64AH, an automatic movement with a 56-hour power reserve

  • Omega and Swatch are building on their likely never-ending collaboration with a new MoonSwatch
  • This time around, the duo have coalesced elements of the Moonshine Gold, Snoopy, and moonphase editions, with the 42mm blue bioceramic timepiece housing a while dial that has a moonphase indicator (complete with Moonshine gold-coated moons) in the subdial at 2 o’clock, an earthphase indicator (showing the earth as viewed from the moon) at the aperture at 9 o’clock, and a small seconds display at 6 o’clock
