Lock It Down; Blackpink’s Rosé Fronts New Tiffany & Co. Collection

Padlocks have been part of the Tiffany & Co. offering since its inception in 1837, with functional iterations comprising part of its objects and homeware collection. Since the 1950s, they’ve taken on an aesthetic purpose, with padlock motifs informing key rings, money clips, brooches, and necklaces. The Tiffany Lock collection debuted last year with yellow, rose, and white gold bangles with diamonds.

Now, the Tiffany Lock collection has expanded its offering, with a selection of rings, earrings, and pendants in rose gold (with other precious metals being released later this year). Signalling a new expression of design and craftsmanship, the Tiffany Lock collection pays homage to the New York City-based jeweller’s illusions heritage, while cementing it as a distinctly contemporary brand. The release also sees the bangles gain a new innovation: a swivelling mechanism that allows the designs to open and close.

The latest Tiffany Lock campaign sees the new rose gold pieces modelled by Blackpink’s Rosé, with the Tiffany & Co. global house ambassador styled in sparkling diamond Lock bangles, complemented by diamond rings and a necklace. Her male campaign co-star showcases the all-gender nature of the jewellery collection.

The Tiffany Lock collection is now available via the Tiffany & Co. webstore.
