Emma Corrin Stars In The Miu Miu Fall Winter 2021 Campaign

Following a fantastical fashion show set within the snowy landscape of Cortina d’Ampezzo in the Dolomites Alps, Miu Miu has tapped Emma Corrin to star in their Fall Winter 2021 campaign. Designed by Miuccia Prada, the collection explores the notion of fashion as a fantasy of realities, delving into the idea of clothing as a messenger of character and conveyer of strength.

Shot by Steven Meisel, the campaign sees Corrin captured in a series of straightforward yet captivating portrait photographs, with each expression reflective of female archetypes; whether serious or seductive, joyful or reflective. The campaign sees the Miu Miu FW21 collection styled for slightly warmer weather than its debut in the Dolomites, perhaps as a transitional fall outfit or après-ski getup. Each photograph represents a chance for Corrin to reinvent herself, whether it’s in a quilted two-piece bralette and mini skirt set, a crocheted slip dress, or a shearling jacket worn sans top and teamed with wine wool leggings and a quintessentially Miu Miu take on ski boots.

Celebrating bravery and boldness, the print campaign is accompanied by five short films that allow Corrin to take on other characters within various personae; reading aloud a series of anecdotes, recollections, and remembrances in her own voice as well as in others, aiming to blur the line between acting and reality.
